| 中文描述 | 第十凝血因子缺乏症會在傑克羅素埂犬以及可卡犬身上出現.嚴重的出血會發生在新生兒,而很多都會造成死產.也可能因為內出血而造成幼犬的突然死亡.病症在較老的狗從很嚴重到輕微都有.這是種常染色體顯型遺傳,而且在同型結合子上是致命的.第十因子缺乏在貓身上會造成靜脈穿刺時的出血延長.貓的發病目前懷疑但是還不能證明是因為顱內出血所造成. |

| 英文描述 | Deficiency of blood clotting factor X was described in a Jack Russell Terrier and a family of Cocker Spaniel dogs. Serious bleeding occurs in newborns, and many are stillborn. There can also be sudden death in pups due to internal bleeding. Signs in older dogs vary from severe to mild. This is an autosomal dominant trait and is lethal to homozygotes. Factor X deficiency was described in a cat with prolonged bleeding after venipuncture (Gookin et al.). The cat had seizures which were suspected but not proven to be due to intracranial hemorrhage. |
