| 中文描述 | 胎兒木乃伊化只有在牛有比貓高的影響力。只會影響一個胎兒而其他胎兒則會正常發育。當正常的小貓出生通常可以排除感染機率。胎兒死後通常會接著出現浸軟。其他胎兒可能無病也可能被感染。在一些病例中，只會有子宮排出氣體、液體，接著排出胎兒的部份，不過偶爾會有全身的疾病隨著子宮的爆裂聲和X光照相下子宮會有氣體的存在。 |

| 英文描述 | Only cattle have a higher incidence of fetal mummification than cats. Can affect only one fetus, while the others develop normally. Usually expelled when the normal kittens are born. Has also been reported in dogs. Death of a fetus can be followed by maceration. Other fetuses can be spared, or might become infected. In some cases there is only a uterine discharge followed by expulsion of parts of the fetus, but occasionally there is systemic illness with crepitation of the uterus and gas in the uterus on radiography. |
