| 英文描述 | Unilateral or bilateral patellar luxation can be due to trauma but is most commonly congenital and has also been reported in cases of extreme valgus or varus deformities. Medial patellar luxation in toy breeds of dogs is the usual pattern in the congenital form. Less common in the cat but traumatic and congenital patellar luxation have been reported, with medial luxation most common and most cases occurring in cats under 2 years of age. |
