| 英文描述 | Pododermatitis may have a variety of underlying etiologies, including fungal infection, parasites, irritants, foreign body, trauma, or others, but many cases are idiopathic and tend to be recurrent. Pododermatitis is common in dogs but relatively rare in cats. Dx by signs, history, bacterial and fungal culture, biopsy, skin scrapings to rule out other causes such as localized demodectic mange. One or all four feet may be involved. |
