| 英文描述 | Infections by LEPTOSPIRA INTERROGANS serovars CANICOLA, ICTEROHEMORRHAGIAE, POMONA, GRIPPOTYPHOSA, and BRATISLAVA are most common in dogs, other serovars can also be involved. Dogs can develop an acute hemorrhagic disease, a more chronic icteric form or renal disease. Diffuse myositis with necrosis of muscle fibers is occasionally seen. Laboratory findings might include: leukocytosis; thrombocytopenia; elevated urea and creatinine; elevated hepatic enzymes; elevated total bilirubin; hypoalbuminemia; isosthenuria; hematuria; urine sediment, casts, and white blood cells; and glucosuria. Dx by titers and culture. Although cats may have titers to Leptospires, clinical signs are rarely seen. |
