| 英文描述 | Albinism may manifest itself in different ways. There may be irides of different color (heterochromia irides), uneven distribution of pigment in one iris (both these conditions are congenital), or complete albinism with a pink iris and lack of choroidal or retinal pigment. In white cats with heterochromia irides, the iris is blue, and there is ipsilateral deafness and decreased pigment on the inner ear. Heterochromia irides and deafness are autosomal dominante with incomplete penetrance. Dx by signs. Photophobia and strbismus often accompany complete albinism. |
