| 英文描述 | May occur in any species, but especially common in calves following dystocia with hip lock. Inability to support at the stifle followed by atrophy of the quadriceps. Leg is advanced with difficulty, and the length of stride is reduced. With time the patella becomes mobile and can be manually luxated. Saphenous nerve damage produces reduced sensation on the medial leg from mid thigh to the medial malleolus. |
