| 英文描述 | The syndrome of dysuria and hematuria is very common in cats and can be due to cystitis, urethritis, mucoprotein urethral plugs, mineral calculi, or urethral obstruction. Complete obstruction is most common in castrated males. Tenesmus often leads owners to describe affected cats as appearing 'constipated.' Hyperkalemia is a common and clinically-important electrolyte abnormality in cats with complete obstruction. |
