| 英文描述 | This is an acute peripheral vestibular syndrome. The pathogenesis is unknown; there is often associated respiratory disease. It affects adult cats and occurs more frequently in summer and fall in cooler climates. Affected cats are reluctant to move and may crouch against the wall. Signs are bilateral at first, but one side will usually predominate. Affected cats recover spontaneously over a period of 2-4 weeks, but residual signs might persist. Dx by signs, rule-out of other causes. |
