| 英文描述 | Sterile granulomatous or pyogranulomatous dermatitis was reported in cats. There appeared to be 2 forms of this condition: 1) pruritic papulonodular dermatitis of the head and pinnae with perifollicular pyogranulomatous dermatitis on histology; 2) pruritic bilateral periauricular plaques with purpura and diffuse granulomatous dermatitis with numerous multinucleated histiocytic giant cells on histology. There was no response to treatment with antibiotics or glucocorticoids, but some animals underwent apparently spontaneous, sustained remission after a period of 3-9 months. |
