| 英文描述 | Pseudopelade is a form of alopecia. A cat with progressive hair loss was diagnosed with this disease based on 1) an adult-onset, patchy to diffuse nonpruritic hair loss; 2) an early folliculo-destructive phase in which lymphocytes and dendritic cells accumulated in and around the follicular isthmus; and 3) a late stage in which lower segments of hair follicles underwent atropy and were replaced by fibrosing tracts. There was evidence for an immune-mediated pathogenesis. |
