| 英文描述 | A dilated pore of Winer is defined as an enlarged follicular opening which is usually filled with a keratotic plug. It develops in older animals, and is slow growing. It is not attached to the underlying subcutis. The surface is yellowish and keratinous, and appears to protrude through a surface pore. In cats, the lesion is solitary and near the cheek; a single dilated pore of Winer was reported in a horse, caudal to the point of the elbow. Dx by histology. Rare. Treat by surgical excision; the prognosis is good. |
