| 英文描述 | Unilateral laryngeal paralysis has been reported in cats with dyspnea. Although this is rare, occasional cases of idiopathic paralysis have been seen, and in one case a neoplastic lesion of the vagus nerve was the cause. Dx by direct laryngoscopy; confirmation of the diagnosis can be made by electromyography of the extrinsic laryngeal muscles if equipment permits. |
