| 中文描述 | 一系列的貓被描述有閒歇性的小便失禁，通常在他們還在睡覺的時候。這裡面有一半的貓帶有瞳孔大小不等，而且全部的貓都有貓的白血病病毒感染。他們的膀胱並沒有膨脹。藉由排除其他因素來診斷。除了瞳孔大小不等還有很多其他症狀，第三眼瞼脫垂，以及不能克制也被主人報告。和神經機能異常有很的類似性或是 Key-Gaskell症候群。貓可能因為尿道發育不全造成失禁。 |
| 英文描述 | A series of cats were described which had intermittent urinary incontinence, usually while sleeping. About half of the cats also had anisocoria, and all were positive for infection with feline leukemia virus. The bladder was not distended. Dx by ruling out other causes. Most of the signs listed other than anisocoria, third eyelid prolapse and incontinence were reported by owners. Strongly resembles dysautonomia, or Key-Gaskell syndrome. Cats can be incontinent due to urethral hypoplasia. |
