| 英文描述 | A specific type of cholangitis in cats is characterized by lymphocytic infiltration and proliferation of bile ducts progressing to lobular fibrosis. This is often seen in cats under 5 years of age, and in some cases these cats are bright, alert, and have no fever, despite signs of liver disease. There is often a nonregenerative anemia, lymphopenia, and neutrophilia. Liver enzymes are moderately to highly elevated, and jaundice is usually present. Ascitic fluid is usually high in globulin, straw colored and viscous. Dx by biopsy. |
