| 英文描述 | Cats with evidence of feline leukemia virus infection developed giant cell dermatosis. There was scaling, crusting, alopecia, and pruritus, usually affecting the head and/or face, but sometimes generalized. On histology, there were giant keratinocytes resembling syncytial cells in the epidermis and superficial hair follicles. Feline leukemia virus antigen was detected in the giant cells and adjacent keratinocytes. |
