| 英文描述 | Six cats (1-4 years of age) were described which had enlargement of peripheral lymph nodes and lymph node biopsy results with many histologic features of lymphoma that regressed spontaneously within 1-17 weeks of diagnosis. Histologic features (in some cases) which did not indicate malig- nancy were abundant nodal vascularity, primary and secondary follicles with active germinal centers, mixed cells in the subcapsular or medullary sinuses, lack of capsular invasion, and lack of high-grade anaplastic changes. This syndrome was believed to be an immune response. The five cats that were tested were negative for FeLV antigen but 6 cats tested had FOCMA antibody titers of 1:32 and 2 had neutralizing antibody titers >1:10. Feline immundeficiency virus (Lentivirus) has recently been described, and should be considered when evaluating a cat with this syndrome. |
