| 英文描述 | A hallmark of epidermolysis bullosa is blister formation and ulceration following minor mechanical injury. A cat developed paronychia with oral ulceration and ulceration and crusts of the foot pads; most of the claws were sloughed. On histology there was dermal-epidermal separation and ulceration, and immunohistochemical and electron microscopic findings were consistent with a diagnosis of dystrophic (dermolytic) epidermolysis bullosa. Junctional epidermolysis bullosa has also been reported in a cat (White et al.). |
