| 英文描述 | Persistent atrial standstill, with an absence of P waves and a regular escape rhythm has been reported in cats, and is usually, but not always found with the dilated form of cardiomyopathy. Siamese cats have a breed predisposition for this syndrome. Dx by bradycardia (less than 120 bpm) and regular rhythm, no P-waves on any lead, supraventricular-type excape QRS complexes, and no increase in heart rate or P-waves evident after injection of atropine sulfate or exercise (Itoh et al.). Serum electrolytes are normal. |
