| 英文描述 | The nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drug N-aryl-anthranilic acid, flufenamic acid, has been reported to be toxic to cats. Mild signs were seen at a dose of 5 mg/kg for 36 days, and signs increased in severity at up to 80 mg/kg for 4 days, at which point 2 of 3 cats became comatose. There is a dose-related elevation of blood urea nitrogen. |
