| 英文描述 | Administration of 25 to 100 mg/kg/d of griseofulvin (a drug used for treatment of dermatophytosis) can cause reversible leukopenia and clinical signs in cats (Levy). In rare cases there can be persistent neurologic signs. Griseofulvin is a teratogen in cats and can cause cleft palate, and other skeletal and brain malformations in kittens. Griseofulvin may also inhibit spermatogenesis. |
