| 英文描述 | This disease is characterized by progressive motor dysfunction, with convul- sions and terminal opisthotonus. Onset of signs is at about 2 weeks of age. Histologic lesions are of gliosis and demyelination accompanied by sulfatid accumulation in neurons that stain metachromatically. Arylsulfatase deficiency is the likely cause. |
