| 英文描述 | Miliary dermatitis is characterized by a variable pruritic papulocrustous eruption especially over the dorsum. This is the most common skin syndrome in cats, and is not a single disease, but is a reaction pattern seen with several underlying problems. These problems include flea bites, chyletiellosis, lice, trombiculidiasis, fur mites, otodectic mange, ringworm, bacterial folliculitis, food hypersensitivity, atopy, intestinal parasite hypersensitivity, drug eruption, hyperesosinophilic syndrome, biotin deficiency, fatty acid deficiency, and other unknown (idiopathic) causes. Dx by signs, history and rule-outs. |
