| 英文描述 | Pancreatic neoplasia is rare in cats; adenocarcinoma appears to be most common. Most tumors have metastasized by the time of diagnosis. In some cats there was progressive, nonscarring, alopecic dermatologic disease associated with pancreatic adenocarcinoma. The progressive hair loss involved primarily the ventrum and legs; exfoliation of the stratum corneum affected some of the alopecic areas and on the foot pads this caused foot pain. This was believed to be a paraneoplastic alopecia and might be a marker for the presence of pancreatic adenocarcinoma. |
