| 英文描述 | Cryptogenic fibrosing alveolitis is characterized by marked variability of pathologic changes within the same specimen. In the desquamative form there is an intra-alveolar accumulation of macrophages and alveolar septal thickening, with variable fibrosis in the airways or interstitium. A cat with chronic bronchopulmonary disease had necropsy changes consistent with the desquamative form of cryptogenic fibrosing alveolitis. |
