| 英文描述 | Kittens have developed a syndrome of muscular dystrophy, with muscle fiber necrosis, mineralization, and fibrosis at necropsy. One cat developed megaesophagus. A dystrophin-deficient muscular dystrophy which appears to be of X-linked inheritance has been reported; in this syndrome there are muscular hypertrophy and stiffness; decreased agility; and swellings on the tongue. Increases in serum CK, AST and ALT are usually found. Cats with dystrophin deficiency and hypertrophic muscular dystrophy developed peracute fatal rhabdomyolysis associated with stress and general anesthesia. |
