| 中文描述 | 多發性關節炎及肌腱及關節滑膜炎曾在一隻貓被診斷出來,且屍解取的關節滑液培養出MYCOPLASMA GATEAE .關節炎的臨床症狀已存在2個月,且實驗室診斷出低α球蛋白血症,低白蛋白血症,白血症,及輕微貧血.屍解可看到有慢性壞死性纖維化化膿性肌腱及關節滑膜炎及關節炎伴隨著硬骨軟骨侵蝕.此病會再生.藉由免疫抑制小貓分離出的關節液做M. FELIS培養可用來推診. |

| 英文描述 | Polyarthritis and tenosynovitis were diagnosed in a cat, and MYCOPLASMA GATEAE was cultured from the synovia at necropsy. Clinical signs of arthritis had been present for 2 months, and laboratory tests showed hypogammaglobulin- emia, hypoalbuminemia, leukocytosis, and mild anemia. There was chronic necrotizing fibrinopurulent tenosynovitis and arthritis with bone and cartilage erosion at necropsy. This disease was reproduced. Dx by culture. M. FELIS was isolated from the joint fluid of an immunosupressed kitten. |
