| 英文描述 | Priapism is defined as persistent and painful penile erection. Has been reported in horses, dogs, and cats. In horses, penile engorgement leading to priapism can follow general anesthesia and/or the use of phenothiazine-derivative tranquilizers. Chronic priapism can lead to secondary penile paralysis and fibrous stricture. |
