| 英文描述 | Acute hepatitis in horses has occurred following administration of biologics of equine origin, particularly tetanus antitoxin, however there are cases in which no such history could be found. Hepatic encephalopathy may follow. There are usually high serum total bilirubin concentrations or high serum hepatic-associated enzyme activities. Dx confirmed by liver biopsy. |
