| 英文描述 | A horse fell, injuring both carpi. Four months later it became lame, with swelling in the carpal area. The lameness disappeared with rest, but recurred when work was resumed, again resolving after rest. There was swelling of the carpus when lameness was again induced, and aspiration of the joint yielded blood. Arthroscopy did not reveal the cause of the lameness, which eventually resolved. The onset of lameness was acute. |
