| 英文描述 | Single or multiple traumatic episodes can lead to synovitis without damage to cartilage or supporting articular structures. Any joint can be involved, but the carpal and fetlock joints are the most common. In the fetlock area the acute swelling is called 'green osselets' and fibrotic thickening of the capsule with time called 'osselets'. Called 'carpitis' if carpus is affected. Traumatic inflammation of the sesamoid bones is called 'sesamoiditis' Radiographs are used to rule out other causes. |
