| 英文描述 | Horses rarely develop one or two nodules near the girth and axillae. This is known as focal nodular eosinophilic granuloma and arteritis, equine axillary nodular necrosis, or girth galls. There are no other clinical signs, and the horse is otherwise unaffected. Dx by skin biopsy and negative bacterial culture. In rare instances this lesion can be prsent in areas other than the axilla. |
