| 英文描述 | Benign ovarian serous cystadenoma and adenoma or malignant adenocarcinoma, cystadenocarcinoma, and dysgerminoma are occasionally reported in the mare. Present as enlargement of the ovary on rectal palpation, and may not interfere with the reproductive cycle. Dx following surgery or necropsy. In some cases there is metastasis of adenocarcinoma to the peritoneal cavity, in which case there will be systemic signs and exfoliated neoplastic cells might be found on a peritoneal tap. |
