| 英文描述 | In uncommon cases the fetus in the mare occupies only the uterine body, leading to abortion or premature births at 7-10 months of gestation. There is underdevelopment of the chorionic horns, and there may be inflammatory changes on the allantoic and amnionic surfaces. The fetus is small, and some have limb contractures. Dx by abortion following diagnosis of body pregnancy. |
