| 英文描述 | Bronchointerstitial pneumonia in foals was characterized histologically by epithelial necrosis of alveoli and terminal bronchioles. There had been a history of sudden onset of fever and dyspnea. Most affected horses were under 8 months of age. The cause is unknown but might be due to multiple insults rather than a single agent. |
