| 英文描述 | Moxidectin is a member of the milbimycin chemical group that has been used for treatment of internal parasites in horses. This drug should not be given to foals under 4 months of age, but administration to foals younger than 4 months or overdosing have been associated with severe toxicosis, coma, and death. Supportive care, including control of enlargement of the bladder which might be a part of this toxicosis, can sometimes be effective. |
