| 英文描述 | A syndrome was described which resembled rupture of the bladder, but which was found at surgery to be uroperitoneum due to a defect of a ureter, with urine leaking into the peritoneal cavity through a rent in the peritoneum. In the filly there may be protrusion of the vaginal mucosa due to pressure exerted by the large retroperitoneal accumulation of urine. Differs radiologically from bladder rupture as the bladder is intact on contrast cystography; there may be sublumbar accumulation of contrast media on excretory urography. Dx confirmed at surgery. |
