| 英文描述 | Histologically confirmed chronic hepatitis has been diagnosed in horses. Signs of hepatic failure are present and hepatogenous photosensitization can occur. The cause is undetermined in many cases but the most common cause is pyrrolizidine alkaloid poisoning by toxic plants. Dx by biopsy. |
