| 英文描述 | Granulosa cell tumor is the most common ovarian tumor in the horse. Either ovary can be affected and in very rare cases the tumors are bilateral. Metastasis uncommon. Mares might show aggressive behavior. On palpation the tumor can be smooth, knobby and hard, or soft with follicular development. There are reports of juvenile granulosa cell tumors in a weanling and a neonate that presented with abdominal distention and colic. |
