| 英文描述 | There is a report of the isolation of MYCOBACTERIUM TERRAE, an environmental nontuberculous acid fast organism, from an 8-month aborted equine fetus. Acid fast bacilli were also seen in the lung and stomach. Dx by identification of the organism. This diagnosis is very rare. |
