| 英文描述 | Mechanobullous diseases are a group of chronic, noninflammatory, hereditary disorders in which blisters or erosions result from minor trauma to the skin. Belgian foals were described which had sloughing of hooves, skin lesions, and oral ulcers. The foals were all Belgians; one had a pedigree which indicated the disease was heritable; there was no epidermolysis; there was cleft formation at the epidermal-dermal junction. A diagnosis of hereditary junctional mechanobullous disease was made. |
