| 英文描述 | Caused by the actinomycete DERMATOPHILUS CONGOLENSIS. Associated with wet conditions; lesions develop primarily over the back, lower legs and other moist areas. A crust with a tuft of hair in it ('paintbrush' lesion) is characteristic. Diagnose by demonstration of the organism in impression smear or culture. |
