| 中文描述 | 傷口被柔線蟲（HABRONEMA）感染會導致潰瘍性的結節狀病灶並常會流出纖維性的滲出液。由病灶的活組織檢查診斷。主要的不同是鱗狀細胞癌。眼睛和生殖器是常見的部位。位於陰莖的病灶會導致排尿困難，而位於鼻道的病灶則會導致上呼吸道阻塞。 |

| 英文描述 | Infection of wounds with larvae of HABRONEMA leads to ulcerated granulating lesions that often drip a stringy exudate. Dx by biopsy of the lesions. Main differential is squamous cell carcinoma. Eye and genitalia are common sites. Lesions on the penis can lead to dysuria, and lesion of the nasal passages can cause upper respiratory obstruction. |
