| 英文描述 | May have relatively long course, moderate to severe colic and large amounts of fluid in the stomach. The left colon is distended with gas, and it may be difficult to palpate the pelvic flexure. Displacement of the left dorsal and ventral colon between the dorsal body wall and the suspensory ligament of the spleen leads to entrapment of the large colon over the renosplenic ligament. Confirmation of the diagnosis prior to surgery is difficult. |
