| 中文描述 | 羅斯河病毒是TOGAVIRIDAE科、ALPHAVIRUS屬、藉由節肢動物傳染的病毒，在澳洲這病毒可以導致人類發病。此病毒亦在澳洲的馬匹中高度流行，然而臨床症狀並沒有經由實驗性證實出來。藉由觀察暴露在此病毒下的馬匹，何其出現的臨床疾病可以發現，此病毒會造成關節炎和/或一些神經症狀。確診經由檢測抗此病毒抗體的力價或是病毒的分離。 |
| 英文描述 | Ross River Virus, family TOGAVIRIDAE, genus ALPHAVIRUS, is an arthropod-borne virus in Australia that causes disease in humans. There is a high prevalence of antibodies to this virus in Australian horses, and while clinical disease has not been experimentally reproduced, there is an association between exposure to the virus and clinical disease. There can be signs of arthropathy and/or nervous signs. Dx supported by rising titers or viral isolation. |
