| 英文描述 | Almost all of the few recorded primary pulmonary neoplasms of horses have been due to granular cell tumors but there are also rare reports of other tumors such as lymphosarcoma, myxoma, chondrosarcoma, carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, hemangiosarcoma, lymphangiosarcoma, and undifferentiated sarcoma. Pulmonary plasma cell granuloma (inflammatory pseudotumor) has been reported in a horse; this lesion grossly resembles a benign tumor but on detailed pathological examination has the characteristics of an inflammatory lesion. |
