| 英文描述 | Hematoma in the small colon can obsruct the lumen, and cause an accumulation of feces and gas. May be idiopathic or secondary to iatrogenic rectal rupture. A similar lesion of unknown cause occurred in the jejunum of a horse. Rare. Dx at surgery or necropsy. Most common in middle aged to older horses. |
