| 英文描述 | Adult horses with colic had spermatic cord torsion and strangulation of abdominally retained neoplastic (seminoma) testes. Palpable caudal abdominal masses were found on examination per rectum, and the diagnosis was confirmed at surgery or necropsy. Treatment was discussed by Hunt et al. There is also a report of testicular torsion in a horse without signs of colic (Parker and Rakestraw). |
