| 英文描述 | Equine Infectious Anemia is a persistent viral disease due to a lentivirus. Diagnosis is generally done using the the agar gel test (Coggins test). In addition to classic signs, CNS disease has also been reported in EIA-positive horses, including cases in which ataxia was the only neurologic sign. Hematomas may be seen. There is no treatment. |
