| 英文描述 | Aplastic anemia is defined as pancytopenia in the presence of hypocellular marrow. There might be associated myelofibrosis, proliferation of fibroblasts within the marrow cavity. Because of risk of bleeding, bone marrow tap could lead to uncontrolled hemorrhage and death. Although the cause might not be determined, causes that should be considered include viral infections, Equine Infectious Anemia, chemical or drug intoxication, neoplasia, congenital hematopoetic stem cell defects, chronic inflammatory disease, alterations in bone marrow microenvironment, and autoimmune disorders. Can be bleeding and hematomas at injection sites. |
